KCS - Issue: When trying to share a document with a user, they get the error message: "can't share with Person X because the email is already being used by Person Y"


  • When the user tries to share a document via Clio Connect, they get the error message "can't share with person x because the email address is being used by person y".

In admin panel there are two Clio Connect accounts associated to the firm, for the user they want to share documents with. 


Use a different email address for that client.
