KCS - Issue: Trust Requests created from Contact page in new Clio show in previous Clio interface and is missing subtabs for Payments

Issue:

  • Trust Requests created from Contact page in new Clio show in previous Clio interface and is missing subtabs for Payments

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

When creating a Trust Request from the Contacts page in new Clio, the trust request shows up in the previous Clio bill format, and does not have any subtabs. This prevents the user from being able to pay from Credit Card 

Cause:

Not yet diagnosed

Workaround:

Click the Record Payment button to prompt the Credit Card Payment button.

OR

View the Trust Request in the Bills tab to view the bill in new Clio interface. You can then record any credit card payments by clicking Record Payment, and choosing Credit Card from the Source
