KCS - How to generate a Contact Report

Objective:

  • How to generate a Contact Report
  • How to generate a Client Contact Report 
  • Generate a report for all Clients with open Matters

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Procedure:

  1. Go to Reports
  2. Click Contact Information (found under Matter Reports)
  3. Fill in the relevant fields 
  4. Click Generate Report
