KCS - Issue: Clio Connect User Can't Download a Single Document

Additional Information:

Clio Connect user is trying to download one document. When they attempt to download the document, they get the error message "Something Went Wrong". They have tried downloading the document by checking the box beside the document and selecting Download, as well as the blue Download button to the right.
