KCS - Issue: Occasionally unable to view Gmail plugin in main mailbox view for some accounts

Issue:

  • Occasionally unable to view Gmail plugin in main mailbox view for some accounts

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

Some users are finding that they are unable to view the Gmail plugin when within the main mailbox. They are able to see the plugin when they access an individual email, but not when looking at all messages. 

Cause:

Not yet diagnosed

Workaround:

  • Refresh page several times, or click into emails several times and back to the main mailbox
  • Start timers/file communications within emails
