KCS - Can I Change "People" Contacts to "Company" Contacts?

Objective:

  • Convert a person to a company
  • Mass update contacts
  • Update People Type Contacts to Company Type Contacts

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Answer:

No, at this time a Person type Contact cannot be converted into a Company type of Contact. You will have to create a new Contact of the correct type and move the information over.
