KCS - Issue: Task List duplicated when added to a Matter for some Accounts

Issue:

  • Task List duplicated when added to a Matter for some Accounts

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

When the user applies a Task Lisk to a Matter from the Matter Edit screen, and clicks "Save Matter", the task list is duplicated and appears to have been applied twice. This issue affects all the users on the account.

Cause:

Not yet diagnosed

Workaround:

  • Use previous Clio
  • Do not assign task lists from Matter
  1. Go to main Tasks page
  2. Click Lists
  3. Click Assign
