KCS - Issue: Continuous loading when adding or editing second communication log on the Contact page

Issue:

  • Continuous loading when adding or editing second communication log on the Contact page

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

When editing or adding a second communication log (either email or phone) in the older (communications subtab under Contact in new Clio) communication interface, the continuously loading prevents user from adding or editing the second communication. 

Cause:

Not yet diagnosed

Workaround:

Add or edit communication logs in the new Clio interface (main communications log or under the matter)
