KCS - Issue: Some Users not Receiving Notifications for Bills Submitted for Approval

Issue:

  • Some Submit for approval Secure messages not received

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information: 

Some users are not receiving the email or secure message notification when Bills are submitted for approval.

 

Cause:

Not yet diagnosed

Workaround:

Either click the email checkbox and send an email, or manually create a Secure Message.
