KCS - How To View a Contact's Related Matters

  • Related Matters for a Client
  • Client's Related Matters

Procedure:

  1. Start typing the Contact name in the Search Bar
  2. Select desired Contact from dropdown menu
  3. In the Contact card, select the Related Matters tab
