KCS - Trust Request Modal from Matter Dashboard Inconsistently Autofills Content

Issue:

  • Matter field sometimes does not populate when generating Trust Requests from the Matter Dashboard

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

When you click the 'new request' button on the Matter Dashboard, different Users get different combinations of Matter or Contact name filled in.

Cause:

Not Diagnosed

Workaround:

Manually enter the Client and then select the Matter.
