The Clio Add-in is only available to Outlook Desktop 2013 or higher with an Office 365 Business Elite or Business Standard subscription.
The Clio Add-in only works with Microsoft-backed email accounts. Though you can view email accounts from other providers in Outlook, you cannot use the Add-in with these emails.
The Clio Add-in for Outlook supports both Outlook desktop 2013+ (with an Office 365 Business Standard subscription) and Outlook.com.
If you are unsure, please take a look at the following:
- Click on an email in Outlook
- Look for a Store icon on the Home ribbon
- If the Store icon is there, then you can download and install the Clio Outlook Add-in. However, if the Store icon is not available, then the Clio Outlook Add-in is not available for you in your current Outlook configuration.
