KCS - Issue: No notification email from Clio after payment has been processed for Clio Payments

Issue:

  • No notification email from Clio after payment has been processed for Clio Payments

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

User has the correct billing permissions enabled, and they are not receiving notification when a Clio payment has been processed. They were previously receiving them, but now they have stopped. 

Cause:

LawPay notification has been turned off 

Workaround:

Possible workaround, but not in all cases:

  1. Login to LawPay
  2. Select the firms name in the upper-right corner
  3. Select Developers
  4. Select Off next to Send customer receipts when payment is processed and Send merchant receipts when payment is processed to toggle them on
