KCS - Unable to Download a Document

Issue:

  • Troubleshooting Document download 
  • Downloading a document from Clio Documents

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

  • The user keeps attempting to Download the document without success 

Cause:

  • The Document 

Resolution:

Troubleshooting steps for Document downloads 

  1. Clear your browser cache. For instructions, click here. 

or

  1. Open your download folder on your computer and view recently downloaded 
  2. Check to see if  our browsers pop-up blocker is preventing the download 
  3. Try downloading the Document from an alternate browser
  4. Is the Document or file you are trying to Download too large? Try downloading a single Document or an alternate Document as a test.
