KCS - Issue: Not all Attorneys appear in Responsible Attorney or Originating Attorney dropdown for some accounts

Issue:

  • Not all Attorneys appear in Responsible Attorney or Originating Attorney dropdown for some accounts

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

When there is a large list of Attorneys, the dropdown menu of Originating Attorney and Resposible attorney may not show all available Attorneys. They are still available to choose from, and if searched for by starting to type their name, they should be available to be chosen from. 

Cause:

Larger number of Attorneys may not appear in the list of dropdown options.

Workaround:

Start typing for the Attorney's name
