KCS - Issue: Delete option not available for some Bills on some Accounts

Issue:

  • Delete option not available for some Bills on some Accounts

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

Direct Payments and Credit Notes on a Bill do not have a Delete button next to then and cannot be removed.

Cause:

Not yet diagnosed 

Workaround:

Workaround below only works for Payments on Bills:

  1. Navigate to Client Contact Card
  2. Choose the Transactions tab
  3. Choose the Operating Account
  4. Delete the Bill Payments here 

For Credit notes, you will need to go to previous Clio
