What has changed with Live Chat in Clio Manage?

Answer:

We've improved our in-app Support service (accessed via the "Help" widget at the bottom right of every page in Clio Manage)!

The new "Help" widget brings our full knowledge base right into our application (with exactly the same content that our Support team uses to answer live requests) to allow Clio users faster and easier access to self-serve support.

If you're unable to find the answer that you're looking for, or simply prefer live support, just click  Live Chat in the bottom right of the widget to enter our chat queue and be connected with an agent.
