KCS - Click to File is not Successfully Adding UTBMS Codes When Filing Emails

Issue:

  • When I add UTBMS Codes directly from Click to File and then file an email with logged time, the UTBMS codes don't appear as part of the Activity in Clio.

1. Verify whether this issue occurs with all UTBMS Codes

2. If so, contact Click-to-File Support at support@justclicktofile.com to further investigate this issue
