KCS - Issue: Default Custom field does not appear in edit/create Matter screen for some accounts

Issue:

  • Default Custom field does not appear in edit/create Matter screen for some accounts

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

Some custom fields are not populating when creating or editing Matter for some accounts. When searched for in the "Add a custom field or field set" field, they will automatically populate without needing to be selected.  

Cause:

Not yet diagnosed

Workaround:

  1. Go to edit or create a Matter
  2. Search for the Custom Field in the "Add a custom field or field set" field
  3. It will populate
