Data received via email will be purged.
The reason that Clio does not accept data via email is to ensure that after fifteen days your data is purged from the system for privacy reasons.
All data must be received via our secure transfer portal ensuring that the Migrations Team receives it in order to access this please reach out to your Migrations Specialist for additional directions.
