KCS - Issue: Filtering for Activity UTBMS codes provides no results

Issue:

  • Filtering for Activity UTBMS codes provides no results

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

Filtering for Activity Categories (by clicking the Filter button on the top right hand corner) does not populate any results when searching for UTBMS codes, even if there have been previous Time Entries created with that fit that criteria. 

Cause:

Not yet diagnosed.

Workaround:

  1. Navigate to the Activities tab
  2. Filter for the Matter or Date Range you're looking for
  3. Choose Export to CSV
  4. Filter CSV by Category or Description to see like Categories/Descriptions together.
