KCS - Why Can I No Longer Access a Resource My Attorney Previously Shared With Me?

Objective:

  • Can't find the Document my Attorney previously Share via Clio Connect
  • Matter no longer available in Clio Connect
  • My bill no longer shows on Clio Connect

  • Clio Connect

Answer:

It is only possible to see resources in Clio Connect that an Attorney or Firm has shared with you. If the resource is no longer available in Clio Connect, this would suggest that the Attorney or Firm may have stopped sharing this resource via Clio Connect. 

Please contact the Attorney or Firm directly for more information regarding this resource. Additionally, if the Firm or Attorney is unaware of any changes made please contact Clio Support directly via Chat or phone at 1-888-858-2546 ex. 2.
