KCS - Issue: PDF export does not adhere to ordering preferences set on the website

Issue:

  • PDF export does not adhere to ordering preferences set on the website

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

The PDF export of Matters always exports in numerical order of Matter name, and the Activities export will always export based on date. 

(i.e.if the Matter was ordered by practice area on the website, the export will be ordered by practice area)

Cause:

Not yet diagnosed

Workaround:

  • Export in Excel
