KCS - Why Can't I see the "Task Types" sub-tab?

Objective:

  • Add new Task Types
  • Delete existing Task Types
  • Edit Task Types
  • View Task Types

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

  • In order to get Admin permissions, you will need to have either the Account Owner or another Admin User go to Settings - Manage Users and grant you those permissions.
  • Task Types are only available to Elite Subscribers.

Answer:

If you are an Elite Subscriber and cannot see Task Types, then you are not an Administrator in the Account. You need Admin permissions in order to view this sub-tab and access/modify the content within it.
