KCS - Can I Dial a Customer's Number Directly From Their Matter and Automatically Log the Call?

Objective:

  • Can I call a customer directly from their Matter, and have Clio automatically log the details and duration of the call?

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

While this ability is not built into Clio, using Clio's Vonage integration [see here for details] can enable you with Click to Dial, Call Tagging, Time Entry, and Call Logging functionality.

Not at this time. However, a request for this ability has been submitted to our Development Team for future consideration.
