KCS - Issue: Firm country is duplicated in country field pick-list for Contacts

Issue:

  • Firm country is duplicated in country field pick-list for Contacts

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

The country that the firm has selected in their address is showing up twice in the country dropdown when creating a Contact 

Cause:

Not yet diagnosed

Workaround:

Choosing either country should have no effect. 

  1. Click to Save
