KCS - How do I See All Existing Trust Requests?

Objective:

  • View Trust Requests for all Clients
  • Viewing all outstanding Trust Requests
  • How to see every trust request

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Procedure:

  1. Go to Bills
  2. Choose the appropriate status (Awaiting payment for approved outstanding requests, All for paid, outstanding, and not yet approved)
  3. Click Filters
  4. In the "Type" menu select Trust Request
  5. Click Apply filters
