KCS -Statement Of Accounts And Bill Notification Amount Due Not Same Total

Objective:

  • When I Share A Bill With A Client Via Clio Connect It Doesn't Show The Right Amount
  • Why Is The Amount Shown On The Bill Notification Not Correct
  • Email Notification For Bill Payment Not Showing Correct Amount Due

Answer:

You may have the money in Trust as opposed to Paid. That will show the reduced total on your Statement Of Accounts, but not when you share the Bill. To solve this just apply the payment towards the Bill.
