KCS - Issue: Quickbills with large number of Activities take longer to load in new Clio

Issue:

  • Quickbills with large number of Activities take longer to load in new Clio

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

Quickbills with a large number of Activities can take significant time to load in new Clio

Cause:

Not yet diagnosed

Workaround:

Generate a Quickbill in previous Clio

OR

Generate a Bill from the main Bills tab 

  1. Click Bills
  2. Click Billable Clients
  3. Select Matter or Contacts you want to generate a bill for 
  4. Click Generate at the top of the page
  5. Change issue/due date or any other field as neccessary
  6. Click Generate Bills
