KCS - Why can't I see Clio Payments as an option for Payment Account Provider?

Objective:

  • Clio Payments does not appear to be an option under "Choose your payment account provider" when trying to set up Clio Payments

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

Clio Payments will not be an option in the Online Payments set up until either Canada or US has been selected.

Answer:

You will need to change select a country for the firms address. To do so:

  1. Click Settings
  2. Click Account and Payment Info 
  3. Choose either US or Canada in the Address dropdown
  4. Click Save New Information
