KCS -Unable to Find Bank Account When Searching

Issue:

  • Bank account cannot be viewed when more than 200 bank accounts created in an account

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

Cause:

This will occur when an account has more than 200 Bank Accounts. Clio will be able to view the first 200, but cannot access the 201st or beyond. 

Workaround:

 Either:

  1. Use the Transactions tab under Contacts to view transactions
  2. Choose an account in the first 200, and amalgamate information from other accounts into this bank account.
