KCS - How do I Filter Communications in Clio Connect?

Objective:

  • How do I filter for read or unread Communications in Clio Connect

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Procedure:

  1. Log into Clio Connect
  2. Click on the Communications tab
  3. Click Filter on the right-hand side
  4. Select the required Status (All, unread, read)
  5. Alternatively, you can use the search field to locate the Subject line of the message
