KCS - Clio Connect User Clicking 'View Bill' shows Error Message "The Page You Are Looking For Does Not Exist"

Issue:

  • When a Clio Connect user clicks on the email link to take them to their Clio Connect account, they are taken to page saying "The page you are looking for does not exist".

Cause:

There can be a few different reasons this error message would appear. It is likely that you are not looking at the most recent email notifying you that something has been shared, meaning you are clicking an outdated link. Please follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.

Resolution:

  1. Ensure you are looking at the most recent email you have been sent regarding what has been shared with you. This will ensure you are clicking on the most recent link.
  2. Clear your cache. Instruction on how to clear your cache can be found here.
