KCS - If a Client has Multiple Email Addresses but None are Marked as a Primary Email, Which Address will Documents or Bills be Shared with?

Objective:

  • What email do bills get shared to if no address is set as the primary email?
  • What email do documents get shared to if the client does not have a primary email?

Answer:

Clio will share with the first email address on the list in the Client's Contact Card (i.e. the one that was added to the Contact first).
