KCS - Why Do My Activities Date Change When Creating A Bill

  • Activities Date Changing to Bill Generation Date

Answer:

When you are generating a Bill from the Billable Client sub-tab, you are given the option to choose "Activity Summary". Choosing this option will combine all Activities that have the same description, when this is done, the date for it will change to the Date the Bill is generated.
