KCS - Unable to Edit Certain Communications

Issue:

  • Spinning wheel when trying to update a Communication

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

n/a

Cause:

One of the Contacts/Users in the "To" or "From" section no longer exists in Clio.

Resolution:

  1. Re-enable the deleted User (Steps here)
  2. Edit the Communication
  3. Remove the User again (Steps here)
