KCS - How Do I get a Diagnostic Report for the IOS App?

Objective:

  • to send a diagnostic report to support
  • first steps of IOS app troubleshooting

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

This procedure will send Clio Support an email with the Diagnostic Report. 

Procedure:

  1. Login to Clio mobile app
  2. Click on More at the bottom
  3. Go into Settings
  4. Choose Support Email
