KCS - I Can't Hear the Webinar

Issue:

  • Volume low on Webinar 
  • Can't hear any sound from the Webinar

Cause:

The computer volume or the video volume is low/mute 

Resolution:

  1. check the volume status on your computer 
  2. check the volume status on the video
