KCS - A Contact's Phone Number was not Synced to Outlook

Issue:

  • Contact's Phone Number was not Synced to Office365
  • Contact phone number does not sync in to Outlook

Environment:

  • Clio Web App
  • Office 365
  • Outlook

Additional Information:

n/a

Cause:

The Office 365 Contact sync will only accept the following phone number fields: 

  • 2 home phone numbers, 2 work phone numbers, and 1 mobile phone number

Resolution:

  1. Open the affected Contact's page
  2. Select Edit
  3. Change the phone number type to Home, Work or Mobile
