KCS - Issue: Unable to Find Some Results When Filtering For Custom Fields

Issue:

  • Some Custom Fields do not appear when filtered for after similarly named Custom Fields have been soft-deleted

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

Cause:

This is caused when a Custom Field with a similar name has been deleted in Clio (but the data for that field was not also deleted). 

Workaround:

Either:

  • Switch to the previous version of Clio and Filter there.
  • Export Matters, and open the CSV in Excel
