Answer:

For troubleshooting purposes, Clio Support has limited visibility on whether some features are being used in a customer's account. This includes:

  • Which 1st party integrations are actively syncing for each user on the account
  • The last time that a 1st party integration synced

Examples of these integrations include: Google Contact/Calendar sync, Quickbooks Online sync, Dropbox sync.
