KCS - Can I add New Types of Contacts?

Objective:

  • Can I add a different kind of Contact besides Person and Company?
  • To determine if different Contact Categories can be created

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

Contact Custom Fields can be used and filtered for Contact Management purposes. 

Answer:

No, not at this time.  Person and Company are the only type of Contacts Clio has.
