KCS - Issue: Duplicate Notification Emails When Matter Budget is Updated

Issue:

  • Two emails received when the Matter Budget threshold is updated causing it to be met

Cause:

When a Matter Budget is updated, and that Budget is exceeded, two email triggers occur (the update, and budget exceeded) in the same action. This results in two messages being sent. 

Workaround:

No workaround is available at this time
