KCS - Issue: Clicking Accounts, Contacts, Activities tab does not load page

Issue:

  • Some task bar subtabs do not load

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

Clicking Contacts, Accounts, Activities tab does not load the Contacts or Accounts tab. All other tabs work

Cause:

Not yet diagnosed

Workaround:

  1. Refresh the web-page
  2. Check to see if the page is loading in other browsers
  3. If it is, clear your cache [see here for steps]
  4. If the issue persists, call Clio Support [click here for contact details]
