Receiving Timekeeper Classification Errors When I Submit My LEDES Billing

Additional Information:

The Job Title field is used to designate a User's Timekeeper Classification for LEDES Billing purposes. Click here to learn how to edit a User's Job Title. If you would like more information about LEDES billing, click here


The Timekeeper Classification of one of the Users does not match what has been inputted in the LEDES Billing Software or is invalid. 


  1. Edit the affected User's job title (See additional information for instructions)
  2. Re-Download the bill in LEDES format
  3. Re-submit to LEDES billing software.
