What do the Numbers in the "Billed State" Column mean when you Generate a Time/Expense Export?

Objective:

  • Understand what the "Billed State" column numbers mean when generating an Expense export in CSV
  • Billed State column for Time entry export

Environment:

  • Clio manage

Additional Information:

Generating the Expense export in new Clio does not use this number key. Instead, it displays the Billed State the Expense is currently in (Unbilled, Draft, Awaiting Payment, Paid)

Answer:

0/7 = Unbilled (not on a Bill)
1 = Activity is on a Draft Bill
3 = Activity is on an Awaiting Payment Bill
4 = Activity is on a Paid Bill
8 = Activity has a Quantity of 0, which means that it is non-billable

9 = Activity is set to Non-billable
