KCS - Why Am I Only Able to Print Bills in Incognito Mode?

Objective:

  • Unable to print Bills in Chrome
  • Bills only downloading in private browser
  • Bills not printing, and not showing an error message

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Answer:

Your browser is blocking downloads from app.clio.com.

If a pop-up appears saying "This site is attempting to download multiple files. Do you want to allow this?", click Always allow downloads from app.clio.com

Alternatively:

1. Go to chrome://settings/ 
2. Scroll down to Show advanced settings...
3. Under Downloads you can uncheck the box next to 'Ask where to save each file before downloading'
4. Restart Chrome
