KCS - I Can't See My Matters

Issue:

  • I can't see a list of my Matters 
  • Matters are missing
  • Matters are not showing
  • The main matters page does not show all of my Matter

Environment:

  • Clio Web App

Additional Information:

Cause:

The Matters may have different permission or it could have been deleted.

Resolution:

  1. Check the Recovery Bin 
  2. Check the Matter Permissions (is this Matter only set for a particular User or Group at the firm?) 
  3. Check the Firm Feed to see if the Matters has been created
  4. Check if the Matter was set to a particular Group and if the Group has Users in it
