KCS - Issue: Unable to View Clio in Safari While Using AdBlock v2.67.0

Issue:

  • Some Safari users unable to fully load Clio pages

Environment:

  • Clio Web App
  • Safari web browser
  • AdBlock v2.67.0

Additional Information:

Late in July, AdBlock released a new version of their Safari extension, which is causing Clio pages to redirect to an "about:blank" page.  

Cause:

Not yet diagnosed

Workaround:

Either:

  • Uninstall AdBlock on Safari, then reinstall it from the App Store or https://getadblock.com/
  • In AdBlock settings "Allow some non-intrusive advertising" 
  • Use a different web browser
  • Uninstall AdBlock and install a different advertisement block altogether
