KCS - I Can't Find Store Within Outlook

Objective:

  • The Store icon within outlook is missing
  • Install Clio Outlook Add-in
  • Can't download the Clio Add-in

Environment:

  • Clio Web App
  • Outlook

Answer:

If the Outlook email account is an IMAP or POP protocol the Store icon would not appear. 
Only if the email is an Exchange email protocol would the Store be available allowing access to download Clio Add-in.
